About Bispehuset
Bispehuset is a newly built property in Copenhagen NV from 2024 – created for those who want a modern home with both comfort and community. It offers 98 apartments with mazzanines, several of which include a private balcony or terrace.
Bispehuset is located in the vibrant Nordvest district, where the city’s pulse meets green oases. Here you’ll find shops, cafés, and public transport within a short walking distance, making everyday life simple and flexible.
The house is characterized by an open community, where people from different backgrounds come together.

What we offer
The common areas are designed to bring people together:
Enjoy a meal in the shared kitchen and dining room, challenge your neighbors in the activity rooms with table football and shuffleboard, stay in shape in the fitness area – or treat yourself in the infrared sauna.
Outdoors, you can get some fresh air on the large furnished rooftop terrace, relax or play ball on the artificial turf lawn, or enjoy the inviting courtyard with, among other things, a barbecue table.
Bispehuset is built with care and attention to detail – from idea to reality.
Here, you don’t just get an apartment, but an everyday life with more space, more opportunities, and stronger communities.
A unique art experience at Bispehuset
Six very different artists have each contributed to making it a special experience to move around Bispehuset.
On carefully selected walls, each artist was given the freedom to paint whatever came to mind. Some considered the function of the space, while others drew inspiration from the surroundings of the house or from Copenhagen NV as a whole.
In Bispehuset, you can find works by:
Emilie Lai, Sara Mathilde, Thomas Løj Christensen, Dato1, Hedda Hondon Raa & Sofie Bille.
