De første beboere flyttede ind i 2017. Bygningen består af 131 lejligheder - hver lejlighed har eget tekøkken samt et rummeligt badeværelse. Provstehuset tilbyder indbydende fællesområder, hvor man i indretningen har sat aktiviteter, afslapning og social interaktion for øje.
Today Dortheahuset consists of 39 family homes, as well as 33 Small Living apartments. All the family homes are newly renovated in 2023 and our Small Living homes are newly constructed, with the first tenants moving in in 2024. Unfortunately, we currently do not have any vacant apartments in Dortheahuset. You are always welcome to contact us to get on a waiting list.
Bispehuset consists of 98 apartments with mezzanines. The first residents moved in on August 1, 2024, when the building was completed. Both the apartments and the property itself include wonderful facilities for residents to enjoy.
We are building 23 apartments at Bøge Alle. We offer from two to four bedroom apartments, which come with different floor plans. Some apartments will have access to a shared terrace. The leases are expected to be ready for takeover September 1, 2025.
